Granny Square of the Month

July 22 6:00-7:30pm

Come together each month in 2026 to learn a new granny square pattern in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. We will guide you through crochet techniques while building genuine connections with fellow crocheters who share your passion. 

July's Square is a Triangle! This month we'll learn to apply the traditional granny crochet techniques of a magic circle, double crochet, single crochet, and some interesting half double crochet joins to make a triangular shape. Perfect for making a festive boho bunting!

What do I need to bring?

Bring a crochet hook that is 5.0 or 5.5mm size if you have one. If not, we will have them for purchase. You can also bring any medium, worsted weight yarn that like, or feel free to use yarn from our stash at no additional fee!

I'm brand new to crochet - can I do this class?

If you are brand new, schedule a private lesson with London to learn the basics before coming to Granny Square of the Month.

April's square is taught by SLOLife Studio & Mercantile owner London Delicath, who has only been crocheting for a year herself! Learning how to make granny squares has been a relaxing, gratifying addition to her craft arsenal, and she's excited to teach them to anyone who will listen. 😂
